GOING THROUGH THE APPLICATION FORM

  • Each screen of the form contains a Form Navigation contents box that provides direct access to every page of the application. Click on the hyperlink to navigate directly to the desired webpage.
  • To navigate within the program, you have the option to click on either ‘next page’ or ‘previous page’ located at the top or bottom of each page. This will allow you to move ahead or backward within the application.

STORING YOUR UNFINISHED APPLICATION

  • To save a partially completed application and log out, use the ‘save and close’ button. APPLICATION SUBMISSION

  • At the lower section of the Navigation Panel, you will see a Review and Submit button. Before submission, it is necessary for you to thoroughly examine your application.
  • After you have examined your application, you can finalize it by selecting the ‘Submit’ option located at the top or bottom of the screen, or on the navigation panel. Submission of your application will only be possible once all mandatory questions have been answered and there are no validation issues.
  • After submitting your application, it is not possible to make any further edits or upload additional support materials.
  • Upon submitting your application, you will promptly receive a confirmation email containing an attached copy of your submitted application. This will be dispatched to the email address you provided during the registration process.
  • If you do not receive an email confirming your submission, it means that your entry has not been successfully submitted.
  • Suggestion: Additionally, please verify that the email has not been filtered into your spam or junk email directory.

  • It may be necessary for you to upload or send attachments to provide further support for your application. This process is straightforward, but it necessitates that you have the papers stored either on your computer or on a storage device.
  • It is necessary to allocate sufficient time for the completion of each file upload before attempting to attach another file. The maximum file size allowed is 25MB, but it is advisable to limit files to a maximum of 5MB to minimize upload time.
