Savana Signatures Calls for Job Applications
Savana Signatures is a Ghanaian Non-Governmental Organization (NGO) that is a pioneer in the innovative use of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) to design and deliver inclusive, scalable social interventions in the areas of Inclusive Quality Education, Sexual and Reproductive Health, Livelihood, and Economic Development.
We specialize in the design and implementation of Community Development activities that emphasize meaningful Youth Participation. We are on a mission to bring about good change among Ghana’s girls, women, youth, and vulnerable populations by implementing innovative solutions that promote reproductive health and rights, quality education, and skill development.
Savana Signatures is in search of suitable applicants to fill the following positions.
1. Deputy Chief of Party
Qualifications and Experience Required
- A master’s degree in a relevant discipline, such as youth work or community service. Development, Education, Non-profit Management, Development Education, and other related fields.
- Relevant experience administering youth-focused programming is required.
- A minimum of five (5) years of experience supervising, managing, and implementing USAID-funded initiatives and/or other donor-funded programming.
- Proven ability to establish and maintain constructive working relationships with a diverse network of partners and stakeholders.
- Demonstrated knowledge of Meaningful Youth Participation
- Proven experience providing multi-sectoral youth programming.
- Prior experience in enhancing young livelihoods.
- The ability to establish effective working connections with top government officials, youth-led groups, civil society organizations, international donors, and other key players
- Excellent writing and verbal communication abilities.
- The ability to travel both locally and globally as needed.
2. Chief of Party
Qualifications and Experience Required
- A master’s degree in a relevant discipline, such as youth work or community service. Development, Education, Non-profit Management, Development Education, and other related fields.
- Relevant experience administering youth-focused programming is required.
- A minimum of eight (8) years of experience supervising, administering, and implementing USAID-funded initiatives and/or other donor-funded programming.
- Proven ability to establish and maintain constructive working relationships with a diverse network of partners and stakeholders.
- The ability to establish effective working connections with top government officials, youth-led groups, civil society organizations, international donors, and other key players.
- Proven understanding of USAID policies, processes, and approaches to program design/implementation, budgeting, monitoring, and evaluation.r
- Excellent writing and verbal communication abilities.
- The ability to travel both locally and globally as needed.
