- Change management for West Africa’s “must-win” sales.
- Sell Sandvik’s whole range.
- Engaging with the Product Line team to update learning material with new product releases

- The main point of contact for customers in the French-speaking territories given to SAWA.
- Make sure the Territory/Sales Area Business Plan is made and put into action with the help of Sales Area BLMs.
- Make a list of potential new clients in Francophone West Africa.
- Take advantage of new possibilities by making customer solutions and proposals that are compelling.
- Learn as much as you can about the items and services offered by SMR.
