A respected BPO firm is seeking a proactive Chief Operating Officer (COO) to manage the organization’s continuous operations. The individual will serve as the company’s second-in-command and will be accountable for the company’s efficiency. The COO’s mission will be to ensure the functionality of the business in order to generate widespread and sustainable expansion.

The COO is a significant component of the senior management team, reporting directly to the CEO. The ideal candidate will oversee a wide range of business processes, therefore he or she must have the necessary experience and be an effective leader. Excellent interpersonal skills, strong business acumen, and impeccable work ethics will be a significant advantage.

Key responsibilities:

• Implement policies that promote the company culture and vision.
• Manage operations to ensure growth and keep the business on pace.
• Develop and implement corporate strategies, plans, and procedures.
• Establish thorough goals for performance and growth.
• Establish policies that promote the company’s culture and goals.
• Oversee the company’s daily operations and the activities of senior management people (HR & Admin, IT, Marketing, Sales, Accounting & Finance, etc.).
• Lead people to maximize performance and dedication.
• Assess performance by evaluating and interpreting data and metrics.
• Prepare and submit reports to the CEO on all important issues.
• Represent and participate in expansion operations, including investments, acquisitions, and business relationships.
• Manage relationships with partners and vendors.

Qualifications and Experience Required

The active individual must also possess the following qualifications:

• A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, finance, science, or a related discipline.
• Master’s degree is recommended.
• 10 years or more of operations experience as a senior manager, or having led a SME business as a Chief Operating Officer.
• Strong business acumen.
• An acute grasp of resource allocation.
• Proficient with Microsoft Suite and other operational software.
