Job Description
Water Supply and Sustainability Improvement Programme (WSSIP)/Community-Based Piped Water Supply Financing Project (Community-Based Piped Water Supply Financing Project) Duty Station: Kumasi
C-WASH wants to hire a Project Manager who is highly determined, dedicated, and focused on getting results for a short-term contract of 6 months to help finish a pilot project in the Ashanti Region that is already going on.
Job Summary
The right person will be in charge of the team and the Water Supply & Sustainability Improvement Project (WSSIP), which is being tested in a few towns and districts in Ghana’s Ashanti Region.
She or he will work closely with other Project Implementing Partners from universities and banks.
Also, She or he will be in charge of leading the project team to help small towns with piped water systems that are run by the community improve their operating, management, administrative, and financial efficiency.
She or he will also help set up an active site for community-managed piped water services in Ghana to encourage cross-learning, sharing, performance review, and performance improvement.
Skills or Experience Needed
Applicants must have at least a Bachelor’s degree in Development Studies, Geological Engineering, Civil Engineering, Social Sciences, Water and Sanitation, or another related field.
