PROCUREMENT/SUPPLY CHAIN ASSISTANT AT AGBEVE HERBAL CENTRE LTD
JOB PURPOSE:
To implement activities geared towards the achievement of the objectives of the Procurement Unit of the center
Key Responsibilities
- Work with suppliers to make sure logistics requirements are met and to solve problems with service providers.
- Coordinate with China’s DCs to make sure that the change from DC operations to transportation providers goes smoothly.
- Work with subject matter experts to understand the context in datasets and processes
- Analyze, hypothesize, and experiment with datasets to deliver insight
- Make accurate models for both supervised and unsupervised data.
- Assist in the development of data-driven products
- Schedule all meetings and manage and keep up with the SVP’s dynamic calendar.
- Review and take care of all correspondence, including writing responses, and send official letters as needed.
- Manage incoming and outgoing emails and put things in order of importance as needed.
- Booking and managing a busy travel schedule, including all arrangements and international travel
