ROLE: Personal Assistant
JOB PURPOSE
The selected candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality executive, personal, and administrative support to the CEO. The role reports to the CEO.
Role-Specific Requirements
- Manages schedules, meetings, and calendar appointments.
- Plan and handle logistics for many events.
- Handles client relations with the media and other professionals.
- Ensures that all administrative activities are executed accurately, to a high standard, and on time.
- Coordinates travel and accommodation arrangements with others, ensuring that the CEO’s needs are met.
- Creates and distributes communication memos, letters, faxes, and forms.
- Represents the CEO’s interests to publicists, news reporters, and industry agents over the phone and in person.
- Any additional obligations that may be allocated.
Required Skill or Experience
- Must have great communication abilities.
- Precision and attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills, as well as the ability to multitask and prioritize work.
- Problem-solving abilities.
- Must possess a high level of honesty and the capacity to operate under pressure.
- Good administrative skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
