Support project baseline and endline studies, including creating Terms of Reference and ensuring consultants deliver high-quality, cost-effective reports by checking methodology, tool relevance, and report quality.

Develops and maintains good professional relations with key actors including governmental and other partners at the community, district, and regional levels, organizations/institutions intervening in the development process to ensure effective stakeholder involvement and PIIA;

Plan, implement, and report high-quality, results-oriented programs in accordance with donor and government agreements. Project cycle management, results-based management, and gender-transformative women’s economic empowerment programming must be understood.
