1 . DIRECTOR, PHYSICAL DEVELOPMENT AND MUNICIPAL SERVICES DIRECTORATE

• Firstly, The supervision of works and contracts to ensure that construction and renovations are in consonance with prevailing industry standards and specifications, taking due cognisance of the needs and requirements of the University.
• Secondly, The management of construction contracts with a view to ensuring compliance and due delivery of projects.

2 . UNIVERSITY LIBRARIAN

• To begin with, Be of professorial status or a person qualified to be appointed as such in an academic/research institution;
• Then, Have a higher/research degree in Librarianship/Information Studies and at least 15 years relevant post-qualification experience,

• Firstly, Lead in the development and implementation of the human resource policies of the University;
• Secondly, Provide strategic planning with respect to the human resource needs of the University;

4 . DIRECTOR, INSTITUTIONAL RESEARCH AND PLANNING OFFICE AT UNIVERSITY OF GHANA

• Firstly, Provide professional and technical services for effective strategic planning and management at the University of Ghana.
• secondly, Work closely with relevant units of the University to ensure that appropriate data warehouses are developed and maintained.
