JOB TITLE: EMEA PRODUCT MANAGER

As a EMEA Product Manager, you are responsible for driving and obtaining set sales targets and market share of allocated product/s within the EMEA region.
Responsibilities:
- Firstly, You will be responsible for the overall opportunities identification, providing product ”know how” and trainings to both internal teams & external customers, collaborating with local sales teams to drive target product’s sales in the region.
- Secondly, You will be responsible for sales activities which include expanding installed base, launching new products to the market, prospecting and continually building a pipeline for new business opportunities, establishing & managing KOL’s relations, improving customer relationship and face-to-face selling in order to meet or exceed assigned sales objectives on a on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
- Thirdly, Serve as the regional expert for the product’s features & benefits and its positioning in the marketplace, including a good knowledge of competitor’s strategies.
- Moreover, Develop strong relationships with key decision makers at multiple levels.
- Additionally, Demonstrate thorough understanding with the Lumenis products and of competitive products and positioning.
- Afterwards, Actively participate in key events & congresses.
- Finally, Responsible for accurate and useful updates in Salesforce on a daily basis.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences or related discipline (commensurate experience may be substituted for degree).
- 5+ years of previous sales experience with demonstrated excellent results in the Pharmaceutical/ Medical/ Aesthetic markets – greater than 100% achievement on a consistent basis.
- Experience selling equipment into the Aesthetic marketplace with preference given to lasers and/or light-based technologies will be a plus.
- Very strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence various stake holders.
- Independent and self – driven, practical, result oriented & a fast learner with a customer-oriented attitude, including strong networking abilities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and analytical skills.
- Must maintain technical/product representation skills and knowledge base at an exemplary level.
- The position is based remotely but the availability to frequently travel within the EMEA region (70% of the time) is a must.
