Office Manager at M-Link Consult
About the company
Marriage Link (M-Link Consult) is a business that was set up to help people get married and stay married in Ghana. The goal of the company is to improve the happiness and well-being of society through marriage. In this way, the company is a one-stop shop for help with marriage. We deal with everything in marriage. We have four separate but related packages, which are:
- Marriage Partner Identification and Matching for people who are ready to take the long walk to marriage and need assistance to identify wives or husbands in a confidential, reliable, and purpose-driven manner. So that we don’t give away Clients’ names, we don’t show their photos to the public.
- Premarital Counselling for faith and non-faith-based individuals to adequately prepare them before marriage. This includes legal education on the types and meaning of marriages under the laws of Ghana;
- Marriage Events Organization to assist couples to have stress-free marriage events that are customized to suit their budget thus making it easy for people to marry without much financial strain; and
- Marriage Juice-Up service: enables already married couples who have challenges in their marriages and who require independent, private, and professional counseling support to sustain their marriages.
The Role
The key functions of the Office Manager will be:
- In charge of running the office facilities as a whole.
- Take preventive measures to deal with office problems before they happen.
- Watch over the office staff and do what you can to bring them together and get them to work hard.
- Responsible for budget The M-Link Office is being run. This means taking steps to lower the costs of running a business so that it works well.
- Report on how well the office is doing to the CEO.
- Procurement of office stationeries.
Required Skills or Experience
About the candidate
This is a professional leadership position that requires knowledge and experience. The ideal candidate should demonstrate experience managing an office as previous experience.
- You must be a team player and willing to work flexible hours.
- Having the ability to drive will be a plus.
Qualifications
- Business management education at the college level
- Experience in similar jobs is a plus.
Compensation
- Attractive and appropriate for the level of experience. This is a mix of fixed and performance-based incentives, like a bonus for meeting goals. We pay SSNIT as well.
