ROLE TITLE: Associate Manager-HSE & Quality
Job Summary:
Make sure that Production Systems and ways of working are used in the best way possible to meet the regular needs of other departments, Institutional Supplies, and sister companies.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Know, think about, and act on IFFCO’s vision and values.
- All of the plants and machines in the refinery complex are always running.
- Control the amount of oil lost, utilities used, and chemicals used within the budget.
- Making sure that all finished products meet the standards set by the company.
- Coordination with the supply chain to make sure that the filing and margarine departments always get what they have agreed to get.
- Coordinate bulk filling and product lifting with the customer service department.
- Making sure accidents are thoroughly looked into and that steps are taken to stop the same thing from happening again.
- Work with the maintenance department to do routine and emergency maintenance on the refinery.
- How to handle and get rid of raw materials and finished goods
- As per company rules, making sure all the plants are clean.
- KPIs: Get the refinery team going and keep them going.
- Maximize OEE% and FTA% in-house stock reconciliation
- Safety and hygiene can help you reach your volume goals.
- With process optimization, oil losses can be cut down.
- Work experience requirement
- 3–5 years of experience in the field
Qualification
B. Tech / M. Tech (Chemical / Oil Technology) with specialization in Edible Oil Processing and related functions
