ROLE: IT Support Specialist
To provide first-level help desk support for problems reported by business users.
Technical Assistance
- Within the agreed-upon SLA, installs and configures computer hardware/software, printers, conference room equipment, and scanners.
- Troubleshoots computer problems, determining the source (hardware, software, or network connection) and advising on appropriate steps and solutions.
Data Replication
- Ensures business continuity by performing daily backups on all systems.
Inventory Control
- Manages inventories and goods, including maintaining thorough inventory records and advising management on ordering as necessary.
- Procures necessary IT equipment in accordance with the organization’s buying policy.
Transmed Goal

- Academic Training and Professional Certifications
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Information Technology or a related discipline Operational and Management Experience
- 0–1 years of IT Support experience
