About the company

Marie Stopes Ghana (MSG) was founded in 2006. It is part of MSI Reproductive Choices and is one of the biggest organizations in Ghana that focuses on Sexual and Reproductive Health (SRH). MSG works with the Ministry of Health and Child Care to make sure that all of Ghana’s provinces have access to high-quality, low-cost general health and SRH programs.

Marie Stopes International Ghana (MSIG) is a non-profit group that focuses on getting results and offers services for family planning, sexual and reproductive health (SRH). The goal of MSIG is to meet the needs of Ghanaians who aren’t getting enough care and to make it much easier for them to get and use family planning and other reproductive health services.

Job Description

MSI Ghana is looking for a person who is passionate, well-organized, client-focused, and full of energy, and who has the following qualifications and experience. MSI Ghana wants to meet the needs of people who aren’t getting enough care and make it easier for them to use Family Planning and other programs for sexual and reproductive health.

Key Duties:

Make MSI Ghana Clinics the leader in sexual and reproductive health (SRH)

  • Lead the creation, testing, and rollout of new solutions, materials, and activities for the clinics, especially building new service awareness and adoption campaigns.
  • Set up a way to measure the success of actions in relation to specific KPIs with the marketing coordinator and the regional manager.
  • Help the marketing staff make materials that will get more people to know about MSI Ghana clinics.
  • Take part in and make sure that each center’s marketing plan is carried out
  • Plan and carry out innovative community interventions with the help of Community
  • Mobilizing Agents (CMAs) that are in line with MSI Ghana’s goal and are approved by marketing.

Make the Contact Center more visible.

  • Make sure that the MSI Ghana call center cards and other promotional materials are passed out to encourage clients and future clients to use MSI Ghana services.
  • Promote the call center and its services by reaching out to possible partners, customers, and influential people.
  • Help plan and run events and webinars, including logistics, marketing, and follow-up, in order to get the word out about the contact center.

Increase The number of customers and money

  • Watch over and review the activities, look at the results, and come up with ways to make them better.
  • Optimize the network of people who send people to our transport routes and make sure they are being watched and evaluated.
  • Set up and oversee methods for getting active referrals to the MSI Ghana Centres and keeping track of them.
  • Participate in client journey mapping meetings every three months to help improve marketing communications, the customer experience, and how the contact center works.
  • Check that the outside of the clinic reflects MSI’s beliefs and branding guidelines so that clients have the best experience possible.

Financial Management

  • Account for all money spent on community mobilization according to the financial standards set by MSI Ghana.
  • Keep written proof of all requests made by CMAs so that they can be paid and their work can be reported.
  • Make sure that all suggestions of clients are made through the E-referral system.

Skills or Experience Needed

To do well in this job, you need to:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication, administration, project management, or health management
  • Other professional skills, preferably in Project Management, Communications, and Marketing, are wanted.
  • At least two years of experience in a similar job with NGOs or government agencies after getting a degree.
  • They are business-minded and have great writing and spoken communication skills. Needs to be able to speak English fluently.
  • Ability to turn data and study into insights that can be used to make strategic marketing decisions.
  • Very good at using the most important financial and marketing measures and very business-minded.
  • Highly developed skills in planning and organization, and the ability to work on multiple projects at once and finish them all on time and well.
  • Ability to build relationships across teams, with proof of highly sensitive cross-cultural skills and good influencing and negotiating skills.
  • Focused on action and results, able to stay on track and do well when working with tight schedules.
  • Ability to teach, mentor, and help others improve their skills.able to work on their own with little guidance
  • Strong, flexible, and positive, and able to do well in fast-paced, changing settings
  • We are interested in new changes in our field and are passionate about creating best practices.
  • Actively looks for feedback on their work (both results and actions) in order to keep learning and growing.
