POSITION: Tax Consultant

JOB SUMMARY:

The Tax Consultant will be responsible for assisting businesses and clients with their financial needs. You will study, and explain tax laws and regulations to companies and clients.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• You will prepare tax returns, payments, necessary paperwork, and reports.
• You must check and research difficult tax issues to identify solutions.
• You are responsible for managing and maintaining the company’s tax database.
• You will determine how to save tax and recommend strategies to improve profits.
• You must comply with regulations by forwarding the required information to state and local authorities.
• You must offer support and guidance during audits.
• Evaluate tax regulations and suggest policies that minimize the company’s tax burden.
• Monitor current trends and changes related to taxes.
• Prepare accurate and timely tax reports.

QUALIFICATION and EXPERIENCE

• Must hold a relevant degree
• Must be a member of a professional body (ACCA, ICA)
• At least 5 to 8 years of working experience

Package

• Gross Compensation: GHC105,744.60-GHC111,989.31;
• Daily Meals, Life Insurance, Medicals;
• Guaranteed 13th-month salary;
• Performance Bonus;
• $41,000 worth LLM or MLST with the University of San Francisco funded by the firm upon confirmation, subject to meeting entry requirements.
