POSITION: IT Project Manager

Responsibilities
- Align project activities with company objectives and manage project target and budget goals while maintaining efficient cost control to increase cost efficiency through Projects.
- Maintain regular communication with project sponsors and other key stakeholders on project progress and other pertinent project information.
- Implement systems and processes to improve service delivery with the most effective projects, as well as quality systems and metrics for monitoring project success.
- Comply with governance obligations in terms of legislation and auditing.
- Participate in project planning, design, development, and maintenance by acquiring and recording quotes/bids, analyzing proposals for specification compliance, and making recommendations, as well as reviewing and/or inspecting work for quality, accuracy, and completeness.
- Supervise and organize all project-related services, and by implementing all maintenance and general purchase of materials and parts, schedule services or installations and ensure that they are completed safely and on time.
- By creating project plans, you can ensure that projects are executed on time, within budget, and within scope. You can also manage, drive, and assist project delivery through various work streams and project work stream leaders.
- Improve corporate decisions by providing accurate and dependable business intelligence (information) as well as trend and data analysis for all initiatives.
- Project administration and document management, scope change management and change control
- Manage personal development in order to improve one’s own abilities and competencies.
Qualifications
- Have 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar setting.
