Job Description
This person is responsible for signing up policies and servicing a variety of clients via phone and social media channels in accordance with business, process, and compliance guidelines.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Conduct social media and phone sales with customers.
- Meet daily production standards and maintain service quality criteria.
- Follow stringent business, process, and compliance rules.
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal departments, intermediates, and sales advisors.
- Manage and cultivate consumer relationships through social media and phone calls.
- Conduct quality checks on your own work and uphold service excellence standards.
- Collaborate successfully with teammates to achieve organizational goals.
- Inform clients on needs and procedures, and offer assistance with questions or feedback.
Qualifications Required
- A bachelor’s degree in any field from an approved academic institution.
Sales Experience - Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Effective relationship management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Highly structured, having the ability to multitask and prioritize efficiently.
- A results-oriented mindset.
