Administrative Assistant at Broadway Pharmaceuticals
Broadway Pharmaceuticals is looking for someone who is qualified for the following position. Administrative Assistant
Responsibilities
- Answer the phone and welcome visitors.
- Schedule meetings and keep calendars up to date.
- Plan and organize staff meetings and other meetings;
- Sort and distribute mail;
- Write memos, emails, invoices, reports, and other forms of communication;
- Write and edit letters, reports, and other documents;
- Set up and maintain both electronic and physical filing systems.
Qualifications and Experience
- Prior administrative experience.
- Very good skills with computers, especially typing.
- Attention to detail.
- Being bilingual could be a plus or a requirement.
- Want to take the initiative and make others’ lives better.
Location: Adenta, Accra
