Job Title: Product Operations Analyst

About Moove

Moove’s goal is to build the biggest mobility-focused financial technology for developing markets. Our starting point is a technology-enabled lending model that will completely change how easy it is to get car loans and cars for on-demand ridesharing services in tier 1 African cities. In this way, Moove is giving mobility entrepreneurs stable jobs in the mobility sector.

About the Role

Offer Level 2 customer support to customer success teams in the market for technical or product problems that can’t be solved on the first try. Act as a bridge between the product, data, and technical teams.

What you’re going to do

  • Getting people to use an app and making it bigger (grow App customer numbers in the market).
  • Number of customers who keep using the app (manage churn)
  • Run customer feedback and Net Promoter Score (NPS) surveys for the app and any future FinTech products, and give product managers suggestions on how to improve features and add new ones.
  • Training and managing new customers in a proactive way ( app users).
  • Internal users who use products in the product portfolio need training and help.
  • Do market research with the product managers about the features of the app.
  • Product testing should be done with the help of a product manager and technical teams at different stages of putting app features on the market.
  • Drive Process improvements for products used by both internal customers and customers from outside the company.

What you’ll need to get this job

  • More than two years’ experience as a Product Support Specialist, Analyst, or Customer Support Specialist
  • Working with cross-functional teams of engineers, product managers, and analysts to make a big difference for customers
  • Having experience with market/user research
  • Customers can be divided into groups, multiple tests can be run (e.g., multivariate), user behavior can be tracked, and your teams’ backlogs can be prioritized and managed.
  • Work experience with products that don’t need code, like Google Forms
  • Experience figuring out how to deal with the added complexity of working across countries in a fast-growing global business and in an environment with a lot of remote collaboration.
  • Customer service skills
  • Skills for figuring things out
  • Skills for solving problems and thinking critically
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Careful attention to detail High-level English skills (our primary common language across geographies)
  • Experience with fintech start-ups is helpful.
