Position Title: FP&A Analyst

Role Brief:
A Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Analyst can now join a growing next-generation energy business, which is a great chance. The business is changing the way people can get access to clean energy options by making innovative software management systems.
The business has gotten money from private equity and strategic partners, which is helping it grow faster in more than one market. As a result, there is a need for more people in the finance department to help the business continue to grow.
This is a great chance to join a small team that directly helps the business make decisions and plan for growth, as well as to learn a wide range of business and money skills.
You can expect to do the following:
- Help the Head of FP&A and CFO work together to grow FP&A.
- Leading parts of the group’s business planning processes and working with teams across the business to create their planning assumptions and forecasts.
- Building and providing useful and insightful reports using SAP and PowerBI for finance and the rest of the business
- Helping management analyze and make decisions about business strategies and plans to get Bboxx on the path to making money
- Creating financial models and BI visualizations that are effective and flexible to help businesses make decisions
- Taking the lead on special projects when needed
What we are looking for:
- ACA/ACCA/CIMA/CFA (or similar) qualification
- 1-2 years of business knowledge that is relevant. Prefer familiarity with the Big Four
- Very good at making financial models
- Power BI and other tools for analyzing and displaying data.
- Sincere desire to work in a challenging setting and play a key role in bringing about change
- Must be proactive and a solutions-oriented thinker who can find improvements on their own, offer ideas, and question what has been done in the past.
- People will believe what you do if you are good at communicating, getting along with others, and delivering what you promise.
- Planning and doing work with a lot of care, and taking pride in doing work of the highest quality.
- Experience in business settings that are international or fast-paced
