Job Vacancy for Assistant Programmes Officers
A reputable public service organisation wishes to appoint competent and qualified persons to fill the following vacant position: Assistant Programmes Officers (Regional Office)
Responsibilities
- Firstly, Perform research on traffic and trade systems of TTCA member states and recommend required changes.
- Secondly, Assist traffic and trade in Northern Corridor and develop and execute various instruments to ensure efficiency.
- Thirdly, Develop manuals and guidelines to promote instrument application and other agreements and conventions.
- Moreover, Coordinate with various teams and prepare custom documentation and processes in Northern Corridor according to agreements.
- Then, Design customs procedure mechanisms and ensure compliance to NCTA protocols for all projects and launched special projects requiring technical knowledge.
- Finally, Provide information on issues related to program activities, customs documentation and trade facilitation.
Requirement
- Must have a minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in Social Sciences from a reputable institution.
- A certificate in Security related studies will be an added advantage.
- Must have at least one year post-national service experience in a reputable organisation.
- Must reside within the following localities (Elubo, Paga, Tema, Aflao, Akanu, Osei Kwadwokrom and Sampa)
