POSITION : SENIOR PHP WEB DEVELOPER (F/M/D)
- Location: Hybrid (80% virtual and 20% in person, Accra)
- Salary Description: Competitive and attractive
Duties
- To begin with, Delivering high quality, maintainable and well-tested code to the QA
- Secondly, Following team coding standards and processes
- Then, Planning, estimating and implementing application features
- Also, Being able to prioritize and finish multiple tasks on project
- Moreover, Fixing defects and maintaining existing products
- Additionally, Optimizing applications for maximum speed and scalability
- Finally, Creating application setup, build and deployment process for given environments and platforms
Skills & Experience required
- Minimum 6 years of experience with PHP
- Then, Work closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineer
- Strong PHP programming knowledge,
- Experience developing with Symfony (3/4/5) or similar PHP framework
- Strong knowledge of the architecture of backend applications, RESTful Web Services and APIs
- Also, Excellent coding skills
- Demonstrable passion for programming
- Besides that, Clear understanding of OOP concepts and software design patterns
- Afterwards, Strong git knowledge
- Last but not least, Experience with Elastic Search
- Finally, Must be a resident or have the required permit to work in Ghana.
Educational Qualification:
- Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or its equivalent
