POSITION: Senior Accountant
Job Purpose:
The person who gets the job will be in charge of running the treasury department and making decisions for the company.

REQUIREMENTS UNIQUE TO THE ROLE
- Background in business management at a senior level.
- In charge of planning taxes for the whole fiscal year.
- Give a financial analysis with a focus on investments in capital, pricing decisions, and contract negotiations.
- Meet human resource goals by orienting, training, assigning, and coaching team members; communicating job expectations; and planning, monitoring, evaluating, and reviewing team members’ tasks.
- Be able to show different options and costs to management so they can make a decision.
Required Skills or Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, or accounting.
- At least 8 years of work experience in reporting and managing money.
- Senior-level experience with tax and treasury management.
- Solid knowledge of how money works and how accounting works.
- Knowing the rules about money.
- For a senior treasury role, you need at least three years of experience.
