POSITION: Graphic Designer

To expand our team, we’re looking for a new graphic designer. In both online and offline media, you will develop a wide range of items. You must be a self-starter, able to produce fantastic innovative ideas, and exhibit incredible attention to detail in order to succeed in this position.

Responsibilities:

• Organizing ideas through researching pertinent data and sources.
• By creating examples of art arrangement, size, type size, and style, and presenting them for approval, designers can illustrate notions.
• Creating polished work by using the required tools and software.
• If necessary, coordinating with outside organizations, art services, a site designer, marketing, printers, and coworkers.
• Doing duties as needed to support team activities.
• Interacting with clients to discuss design and layout.
• Use software like Photoshop to create a variety of images and layouts for product illustrations, business logos, and websites.
• Reviewing completed designs and making suggestions for changes as needed.

Requirements:

• The equivalent of a bachelor’s degree in graphic design.
• Knowledge of graphic design or a closely related discipline.
• Graphic design abilities that may be seen, along with a great portfolio.
• Knowledge of the necessary desktop publishing programs, such as Photoshop, InDesign, Quark, and Illustrator.
• A keen eye for visual design.
• The capacity to meet deadlines and has effective time management skills.
• The capacity to offer and accept constructive criticism.
• Knowledge of multimedia design, corporate identity, production, online design, marketing, and product packaging.
• Design expertise using computers.

Salary Package:

• Salary range of Gh 2,000 to 3,000 per month depending on experience and credentials.
• Health coverage for the individual and two more dependents
• A yearly bonus for performance
