Greenwich Gold Industries is seeking to recruit qualified and experienced individuals for the following positions:

1. Cashier

SUMMARY OF JOB

  • Count money in cash drawers at the beginning and end of shifts to ensure that amounts are correct and that there is adequate change.
  • Handle cash, credit, or check transactions with customers.
  • Collect payments.
  • Make sales referrals. Cross-sell products.
  • Introduce new ones. Address customer complaints.
  • Provide guidance.
  • Issue changes and receipts.
  • Make sure the pricing is correct.
  • Welcome patrons as they arrive or exit the business;
  • keep checkout areas neat and orderly;
  • Record transaction
  • Handle returns and inspect goods for damage
  • Respond to inquiries from clients

Qualification and Experience

  • Time management,
  • Product knowledge,
  • Telephone manners,
  • Strong customer service abilities,
    Conflict resolution,
    Dependability,
  • Efficiency,
  • Flexibility,
  • Friendliness, and
  • A minimum of an HND is required.

2. Administrative Secretary

JOB SUMMARY

  • Creating reports and other materials for management by gathering data, performing research, and compiling information from various sources.
  • Providing administrative support to executives, including meeting scheduling and travel arrangements.
  • Screening job applicants and organizing interviews with supervisors and managers.
  • Providing assistance with all elements of office management, such as ordering supplies, monitoring inventories, and ordering equipment repairs.
  • Answering client questions about company products or services.
  • Taking notes, transcribing audio recordings, or summarizing meeting points in written minutes.
  • Performing clerical tasks like filing and answering phones.
  • Filing papers, including invoices and expense reports.
  • Scheduling and managing calendars to ensure meetings are held at the appropriate time and location.

Qualifications and Experience

  • HND required.
  • Two (2) years of experience are required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling software.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information discreetly.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Detail-oriented and capable of prioritizing tasks.
