ROLE: District Social Accountability Facilitator

Overview of the Position

You will play a critical role in developing our brand and selling our products as a Sales and Marketing Manager at Yayra Glover F&B. You will be in charge of establishing and implementing sales and marketing strategies in order to increase sales and brand awareness. To realize our objective, we need a creative and strategic thinker who can collaborate with other critical departments.

Principal Responsibilities:

• Create and implement sales and marketing strategies to promote the products of Yayra Glover Foods and Beverages
• Research the market to find opportunities and client needs.
• Create strategies to increase sales using methods created and trained internally.
• Create and manage advertising and promotion programs.
• Produce content for a variety of marketing channels, such as social media, email, and print materials.
• Work with the sales advocacy team to build a sales strategy and provide support.
• Monitor and analyze marketing campaign results, and alter strategies as appropriate.
• Establish and maintain connections with key stakeholders, partners, and customers.
• Assist with the creation of new product launches and branding campaigns.
• Ensure that all marketing initiatives are consistent with the basic values and vision of the organization.
• Conduct market research and be able to identify significant rivals.
• Develop marketing strategies and budgets.
• Sales forecasting and strategic planning to evaluate and ensure product sales and profitability.
• Develop, implement, and execute a strategic marketing strategy for the firm in order to acquire new consumers and maintain existing ones.
• An individual who is well-connected and networked.

Experience Required

• At least five (5) years of product sales and marketing experience are required.
