Job Title: Marketing Manager
Suma Country Bank is a well-known country bank with branches in the Bono Region. We want to add a Marketing Manager to our team.
Job Purpose:
The Marketing Manager is in charge of the marketing department and is in charge of planning, managing, and carrying out all marketing projects.
Job Description
- Will be needed to set up the area for marketing
- They are in charge of planning, managing, and putting all marketing plans into action.
The bank’s day-to-day marketing tasks
- The person who gets the job will be in charge of leading the team to create and implement a marketing plan that fits with the bank’s general strategic goals. Lead, manage, and organize the marketing staff.
- Work with the CEO and the Management Team to come up with focused marketing activities that will help the branch or agency reach its goals.
- You will help, lead, and manage the creation of new products for the bank so that they are attractive, useful, and responsive to the market.
- Every month, look at how well the bank’s goods and services are doing.
- Targeted marketing efforts must be carried out, including the creation and coordination of ads (both traditional and digital), agency signs, and website content.
- Make sure that all types of advertising meet marketing and compliance standards.
- Make sure that the bank’s website has useful and up-to-date information to help customers and the public with their business needs
- Do regular market polls to find out what consumers like and how the market works in general.
- Check customer satisfaction and service quality on a daily basis by asking for feedback. Watch over and organize the staff’s involvement in local events in a way that will boost the company’s reputation.
Personality Profile:
The person who gets the job must be well-organized, calm, and mentally stable. intelligent, dynamic, energetic, self-assured, aggressive, good-looking, committed, and results-oriented.
Competencies:
- Excellent speaking skills, both in writing and in person
- Having great skills in both numeric and qualitative reporting.
- How to be a good leader
- Must know the T-24 barking application program well.
- Ability to produce high-quality work with little or no training or experience.
- At least a good bachelor’s degree or a Level 3 professional qualification in marketing, or an equivalent qualification from a school that is recognized
- The best candidate will have at least 5 years of proven experience as a marketer or in an area related to marketing.
- At least five (5) years of work experience in the industry, of which three (3) years should have been in a management position at a grade no lower than a banking officer.
- Age limit: between 30 and 45
