• Job Title: Marketing Executive (Entry Level) – National Service Member
• Marketing Division: Ashongman Estates, opposite Veggies and Grills in Accra.

Job Purpose:

We are looking for highly motivated and enthusiastic National Service Members to join our Marketing team. As a Marketing Executive, you will be an essential component of our marketing team, promoting our products/services, engaging customers, and contributing to our success.

Principal Responsibilities:

• Market research should be conducted to discover possible client segments and their demands. To inform our marketing tactics, we analyze rivals and market trends.
• Assist in the creation of marketing content such as blog articles, social media updates, email campaigns, and promotional materials.
• Support digital marketing initiatives such as managing social media accounts, producing and scheduling content, and tracking engagement.
• Customer Engagement: Communicate with customers through multiple channels to respond to inquiries, give information, and solicit feedback.
• Assist in the planning and implementation of marketing events, trade exhibitions, and promotional initiatives.
• Data Analysis: Gather and evaluate information about marketing efforts and customer interactions. Make data-driven suggestions using your insights.
• Administrative activities: Handle a variety of administrative activities connected to marketing operations, such as database maintenance, marketing material organization, and schedule management.

Requirements:

• A bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a closely related subject is required.
• Excellent written and oral communication abilities.
• Basic knowledge of marketing principles.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and marketing software/tools is preferred.
• Highly structured and detail-oriented.
• Capability to work in a team and effectively collaborate.
• Interested in learning about marketing trends and tactics.
