Job Opening at Labone S.D.A Church Schools
ROLE: Headmaster
Labone S.D.A. Church Schools wants to hire a Headmaster and is looking for people who are qualified.
Responsibilities
- Make sure the whole school is getting a good education and that students have a good place to learn.
- Manage the teaching and non-teaching staff.
- Run the day-to-day business of the school.
Needed Qualifications and Experience
- Must have a Bachelor’s degree in education or something similar. Having a Master’s degree in a relevant field will be a plus.
- A teaching license is preferred.
- Should have worked as a Headmaster or in a similar position for at least 5 years.
- Should be between 45 and 55 years old.
- Should have a thorough understanding of the Ghana education system and its rules.
- Should know how schools are run.
- Must be computer literate, have hands-on experience with MS Office and education management systems, and be tech-savvy in general.
- Must have good communication skills.
- Able to handle crises, coach, and motivate people. Setting goals for student and teacher performance; giving an overview of administrative tasks, such as updating employee/staff records;
Location: Accra
