Holy Child College of Education is a women’s college of education in Takoradi. The college is located in Central / Western zone. It is one of 46 public colleges of education in Ghana and is affiliated to the University of Cape Coast. The college participated in the DFID-funded T-TEL programme.
INVITATION FOR TENDER
NATIONAL COMPETITIVE TENDERING
The Holy Child College of Education intends to apply part of its budgetary allocation to fund eligible payments under the contract for the supply of the underlisted items

Tendering will be conducted through National Competitive Tendering procedure specified in the Procurement Act 2003 (663) as amended and in accordance with the guidelines of the Procurement Authority of the Republic of Ghana
Interested eligible tenders may obtain further information from the office of the Principal, Holy Child College of Education -Takoradi to inspect the lender documents and obtain a copy at the address given below from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. from Thursday, 3rd March, 2022
A complete set of tender documents may be purchased by interested tenderers on submission of a written application to the address below upon a payment of the refundable fee of two hundred Ghana Cedis (GHc 200.00)
Tender must clearly be marked with contract identification Number signed, sealed, and deposited in the Tender Box in the office of the Principal, Holy Child College of Education, Takoradi on or before 10:00 HRS GMT of Friday, 25th March, 2022
Tenders will be opened immediately after the dose of tender submission in the presence of the Tenderers or their representatives who choose to attend.
Tenders shat be valid for a period of ninety (90) days after the expiration of the deadline for the leader
All tenders shall be required to attach copies of the underlisted certificate to tenders:
- Valid Business Registration
- VAT Registration Certificate (LOT 2 N/A)
- Valid IRS Tax Clearance Certificate
- Valid PPA Registration Certificate/ Receipt
