ROLE: Bilingual (English and German) Speakers
Job Description
- A Proctor assists a test taker in getting to their tests
- Maintain academic integrity throughout the proctoring process and accomplish several proctoring jobs concurrently without losing customer service or efficiency
- A proctor shows fundamental troubleshooting abilities before transferring a test taker to a technician to ensure continuity of service.
Qualifications & Experience
- Fluency in German is required.
- Flexibility is required due to a constantly changing schedule.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively is required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills are required.
- ZDB2 or ZDfB certification from an accredited German institution in Ghana is required.
Salary: Up to 9,000 Cedis.
Location: Accra.
