Responsibilities
- Setting sales goals and coming up with ways to reach those goals.
- Prospects are researched and leads are made.
- Getting in touch with new and current customers by phone, email, and in person.
- Handling customer questions, requests, and complaints.
- Putting together quotes and plans and sending them.
- Using certain software tools to run the sales process.
- Building and managing a CRM database.
- Meeting sales goals every day, every week, and every month.
- Taking part in talks of the sales team.
Requirements
- A license from SHS, TVET, or an apprenticeship.
- Those with an HND or a degree have a better chance.
- Quick to learn and quick to think.
- Marketing Skills Is Key.
Additional
- Ability to speak Hausa/Kusasi/Dagbani/Mamprusi.
- Experience in selling cars, selling spare parts, and running a logistics business.
