Executive Assistant At L’ainé Services Limited
A construction company needs the help of a hard-working person as an Executive Assistant
Responsibilities
- Check out new customer accounts and make sure they are who they say they are.
- Look at the risks that customers or products pose.
- Look at the trends in the market and how customers to act.
- Prepare and send inaccurate expense reports
- Build and keep relationships with important people
- Maintain the highest standards while managing and hosting all MD; events
- Make sure the MD’s schedule is up to date and uses a lot of discretion.
Personal Qualities:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, B.Comm., or a related field.
- At least five years of experience working as an executive assistant, preferably in the banking industry. It helps if you have worked with KYs before.
- Expertise in using all of Microsoft Office software (i.e MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
- Possess high levels of integrity and be able to adapt to high ethical standards. Be able to handle confidential information and be able to work long hours and sometimes on weekends or holidays.
