ROLE: Customer Success Executive

About the Role
The Customer Success Executive for Moove will report to the City Manager and should be a professional who is good at communicating and has an entrepreneurial spirit. As a person who gets things done, the Customer Success Executive must know how to use the English language well.
In this role, you will dig deep into monitoring and compliance, which makes the organization more efficient, effective, and awesome. This is the job for you if you have a lot of drive, some big ideas, and a knack for getting people to do what you want.
The Opportunity
We are looking for a Customer Success Executive. This person will be in charge of monitoring, supporting, and resolving driver issues within our Operations team. They will also be a representative and advocate for the team within the company and with external stakeholders. Someone who is good at communicating and knows how to use MS Office Suites and Data Analytics will be the best person for the job.
What You’ll be Doing
- Watch how well drivers do.
- Check the drivers’ heart rates every day.
- Support drivers
- Help drivers with their problems while they are on the road.
- Get incoming calls from drivers.
- Call drivers who are out on the road.
- Conduct driver survey
- Compile data from a driver survey
- All Moove vehicles need to be held responsible.
- Make sure that drivers follow the rules that the company has set up.
- Make sure that the company gives the right information to the drivers.
What You will need for this position
- A degree in any field.
- Four years of experience in customer service and support.
- Experience in a business that focuses on customers is a plus. (such as transportation, banking, and communications)
- Skilled at using Microsoft Suites (Excel).
- Ability to manage people.
- The person applying must have a good eye for details.
KPIs that will be measured after you get started
- Daily retention goals as a percentage of return walk-ins
- Weekly goals for churn
- DPs’ daily ticket resolutions are based on both in-person and online interactions.
- Daily Driver performance basis gives hour and trip goals for the city. Daily helps DPs make more money if SH is at its best, which is measured by DP earnings from week to week.
- Overall, DP portfolio monitoring is based on the number of DPs that have been assigned.
- They work closely with our Operations Unit and report directly to our City Manager.
