Job Overview

Revna Biosciences is looking for a dynamic professional to fill the position of Medical Sales and Business Development Executive. The selected candidate will play an important role in developing critical contacts to increase corporate sales of our medical laboratory services and research products. This function is focused on meeting sales targets and promoting maximum growth in accordance with the company’s vision and values.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Sales Planning: Create and implement an annual strategic sales plan.
  • Product Knowledge: Gain a thorough understanding of all product lines and platforms, and successfully communicate this knowledge to a wide range of audiences, including healthcare practitioners, researchers, and laypersons.
  • Stakeholder interactions: Create a business development pipeline that includes essential stakeholder interactions.
  • Business Performance Analysis: Examine key business measures such as profitability, revenue, pricing, and cost of goods sold.
  • Customer Account Management include actively prospecting, managing, and growing new corporate customer accounts and related revenue.
  • Budget and Expense Management: Keep budgets, costs, pricing, and commercial arrangements consistent with the company’s financial model and expectations.
  • Contract Efficiency: Drive efficiencies to keep contracts financially sustainable and on budget.
  • Lead Generation: Find and follow up on leads from possible new clients with long-term prospects.
  • Sales Team Management: Lead the sales team to meet and exceed targets by providing ongoing personnel training and assessing sales quality through joint visits and regular meetings.
  • Reporting: Provide senior management with periodic reports on all sales and complimentary activity.
  • Prepare proposals and offer information about sales terms.
  • Market research is gathering and analysing data on marketing trends, competing products, and price.
  • Marketing Program Participation: Assist with marketing program design, development, execution, and measurement to ensure the success of corporate sales programs.

Required Skill or Experience

  • Candidates with experience in Medical Laboratory Science are strongly encouraged to apply.
  • Additional certification/qualification and marketing experience is beneficial.
  • Proven corporate business development experience.
  • A minimum of 3–5 years’ experience selling medical laboratory equipment, diagnostics, or medical items.
