Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Summary of Position
The goal of this job is to give Daggo Africa Limited clients and potential clients a great time. Daggo Africa Limited is a local E-commerce company that sells to customers in Nigeria, Ghana, Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, and 7 other African countries.
You will help Daggo Africa Limited do what it wants to do by adding your magical touch to an amazing experience.
This will directly help the company make more money through sales, word-of-mouth, and goodwill for the brand.
With your great content, you’ll have the chance every day to give prospects and clients a positive and high-quality experience.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Taking calls from customers on our company line.
- Responding to customer questions on WhatsApp and following up on orders that didn’t go through.
- Keeping track of the products that have been sent to agents all over Africa.
- Keeping an eye on social media and responding to ads.
- Putting forward ideas for new ways to market the company’s products and reach customers.
- Having a strong online presence will help you build a social media presence.
- Keeping our online communities running in a way that is respectful and appropriate.
- Responding to comments on all of our online accounts.
- Copy and paste social media inquiries and leads into our automated CRM system.
Qualifications
- At least 1–3 years of work experience in the same field
- Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to do more than one thing at once, organize, and put things in order of importance. Good English communication skills and other languages are spoken in the region.
