Bolingo is searching for an innovative, reliable Project Assistant (Audio Recording ) to join our team. The overall objective of this role is to support the management of voice-over projects at Bolingo.

JOB DETAILS

• Position: Project Assistant
• Duration: 3 months with possibility of extension;
• Hours: 40 hours per week;
• Location: Accra-Ghana;
• Remuneration: GHS 30,110 per annum

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Setting up and maintaining audio equipment, enhancing audio with appropriate sound effects, fixing sound-related issues, working with voice talents, and completing projects to specifications.
• Supervise the recording of voice-over talents and use the appropriate software to edit and prepare the audio files to specifications.
• Liaise with voice-over talents to schedule recordings.
• Testing and troubleshooting equipment regularly, and replace any faulty components.
• Perform other functions assigned by the line manager.

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Certificate in Audio Production or Audio Engineering from a recognized institution with 2 to 3 years of experience.

SKILLS REQUIRED

• Must have a discerning ear and be able to identify good audio.
• Ability to use audio recording and editing software such as Audacity and Ableton Live.
• Ability to set up and maintain audio recording equipment.
• Must be able to offer creative input, but also follow written and verbal instructions.
• Must be a fast learner with excellent time management.
