POSITION: Account Officer

About the Role
An Account Officer will work full-time on-site. The Account Officer will be in charge of monitoring financial statements, analyzing data, and providing excellent client service. The candidate must be physically present at our Accra office.
Qualifications
- Financial Statement, Finance, and Analytical Skills Expertise
- Excellent Customer Service abilities
- Outstanding communication abilities
- Ability to function successfully in a team setting
- High degrees of precision and attention to detail
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite, including Word and Excel, is required.
- A bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or a related subject is required.
- Professional certification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, CA) will be advantageous.
Further experience required
- Understanding of tax and labor laws is required.
- Excellent understanding of International Financial Reporting Standards
- Excellent understanding of internal controls
- Capability to communicate professionally and effectively
- Excellent interpersonal abilities
- Capability to fulfill deadlines and deliver on objectives
- Excellent working knowledge of QuickBooks
- Excellent grasp of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Good technological knowledge will be advantageous.
