Strategy
- Keeping the Group’s and Company’s values in mind at all times
Business
- Making sure that all customers are happy by giving them good service that is free of mistakes, done on time, and communicated well.
- Contribute to the success of the team by using interpersonal skills to work well with other team members and communicate with other teams in the GFS to make sure the center runs smoothly.
Processes
- Indexing and processing: Put all payment requests from stakeholders in an index and handle them. Urgent payments should always be given the most attention.
- Handle the daily volumes as the team tells you to.
- Make sure that repairs and rejected items are sent out on time.
- Pass I errors are correct 99.99% of the time. There will be no losses in operations.
- Make sure that customers are happy and that the number of complaints is as low as possible.
- Make sure that invoices and other documents are checked carefully and have the right approvals where needed.
Cross Border Recharges:
- Make sure that FX are obtained so that CBRs/FX payments can be processed and settled on time.
- Give countries information that will help them with their month-end accounting entries (payments, receipts, and accruals) and their reports.
- Help with data so that monthly returns for spoke-specific recharges can be made.
- As the first person people come to with questions, you should be able to answer simple questions about payment.
Setting up or changing staff accounts:
- Make sure that the instructions for setting up or changing staff accounts are carried out on time.
- 100 percent accuracy in setup and changes
- Make sure that the DA has been followed when setting up or changing staff accounts.
People & Talent:
- Helping the team work well by using interpersonal skills to work well with other team members and communicate with other teams in the GFS to make sure the center runs smoothly.
- Answer emails and phone calls from other countries within the time limit.
- Behave in a way that makes customers, clients, employees, regulators, shareholders, and communities more likely to trust you, and follow Group Standards to make sure regulatory requirements are met.
Risk Management
- Learn the FCP Policy and any notes about it, as well as any other policies that apply to R2P.
- Making sure that the rules, policies, and requirements of the countries in the scope are followed.
The Perfect Candidate
- They have a degree from college and work experience in a medium-sized company.
- Knowing how computers are used in business and having good communication and people skills
