Administrative Officer at Landsar Developers Ltd

Responsibilities

  • Taking calls, answering questions, and responding to emails.
  • Putting together expense reports and budgets for the office.
  • Keeping track of office supplies and ordering new ones when they run out.
  • Keeping important business papers in order.
  • Getting all mail, like letters and packages, to the right staff members.
  • Setting up meetings and making reservations for conference rooms.
  • Hiring vendors for maintenance to fix or replace broken office equipment.
  • Helping with job postings and interviews for the HR department.

Requirements

  • At least a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in administration, business management, or any other relevant field.
  • At least three years’ worth of relevant work experience
  • Must have excellent customer service and people skills
  • Business development went very well.
  • Must be tech-savvy and pay attention to details
  • Good at getting things done and talking to people.
