Administrative Officer at Landsar Developers Ltd
Responsibilities
- Taking calls, answering questions, and responding to emails.
- Putting together expense reports and budgets for the office.
- Keeping track of office supplies and ordering new ones when they run out.
- Keeping important business papers in order.
- Getting all mail, like letters and packages, to the right staff members.
- Setting up meetings and making reservations for conference rooms.
- Hiring vendors for maintenance to fix or replace broken office equipment.
- Helping with job postings and interviews for the HR department.
Requirements
- At least a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in administration, business management, or any other relevant field.
- At least three years’ worth of relevant work experience
- Must have excellent customer service and people skills
- Business development went very well.
- Must be tech-savvy and pay attention to details
- Good at getting things done and talking to people.
Location: Accra
