  • Please ensure that all mandatory fields are filled out.

Chronology of the selection process

  • Application submission must be completed by November 1st.
  • From November to December, the SASME and Admissions Office (SII) will be responsible for processing applications.
  • In the period from December to January, the SASME notifies candidates whose application for the scholarship is either incomplete or has not been accepted by the
  • Admissions Office that their application has been unsuccessful.
  • From January to February, fully completed applications are transferred to the faculties for evaluation of their eligibility for the selected master’s degrees.
  • From February to March, the SASME notifies candidates whose application has been rejected by the faculty.
  • In March, the Selection Board for the Masters Scholarships chooses the individuals who will receive a Masters Scholarship.
  • In early April, candidates are notified of the choice made by the Selection Board.

Closing date:

The application deadline for commencing a master’s degree in the subsequent academic year is November 1st. Students have the option to start their studies either in the autumn semester or the spring semester, provided that the program permits. The online application must be submitted by the specified deadline. The certified copies of the university documents, if needed, will be sent in a sealed envelope. The date of the postmark will serve as proof of the date of sending, with the latest deadline being November 1st.
