There are grants for undergraduates. The Blue Scholarship, worth $5,000 a year, is for students with a GPA of 3.0 or higher. The Gold Scholarship, worth $7,000 a year, is for students with a GPA of 3.5 or higher. And the Elite Scholarship, worth $9,000 a year, is for students with a GPA of 3.75 or higher.

Graduate students can get a Masters Merit Scholarship worth $5,000 a year or a Doctoral Merit Scholarship worth $9,000 a year. For both grants, you need a GPA of at least 3.0.

Essential Information

In order to qualify for an International Merit Scholarship at ETSU, students must meet the following criteria: they must be accepted as degree-seeking students, have or intend to get an F-1 or J-1 student visa, and have achieved a GPA of 3.0 or above in their previous academic work.
