• A monthly income for Singapore Permanent Residents is S$3,800.
• The tuition fee for international students is S$3,500.

• For students pursuing studies in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math (STEM) disciplines:

• The cost for Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents is S$6,700.
• The tuition fee for international students is S$6,500.

• For students pursuing degrees in Computing and Information Science (CIS) disciplines:

• The cost for Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents is S$6,300.
• A tuition fee for international students is S$6,100.

• For students studying disciplines other than computer and information science (CIS):

• For Singapore citizens and permanent residents, the amount is S$6,000.
• The cost for international students is S$5,800.

Supplementary benefits:

• Conference Allowance: A maximum of S$4,000 per year (from April of the previous year to March of the current year) is provided to assist with the expenses related to attending conferences.
• Book Allowance: An annual stipend of S$500 provided to cover the expenses associated with purchasing academic books.
• IT Allowance: A non-recurring allowance of S$1,500 provided to assist with the acquisition of a computer.
• The thesis allowance is a single payment of S$600 that is given in the last year of the scholarship, provided it is renewed.

Academic prerequisite:

• Applicants are required to possess a bachelor’s degree with Honours, specifically First Class Honours or its equivalent.

Current research:

• Prospective candidates who are in the process of finishing their undergraduate studies are eligible to submit their applications.
