POSITION: Help Desk Officer
Job Summary
- Actively listen to and address customer concerns, issues, and questions.
- Provide comprehensive answers to customer inquiries.
- Maintain a pleasant attitude and respond calmly to complaints. To open new customer accounts,
- Positively promote the product and company, answer inquiries, and resolve concerns.
- Recommend appropriate goods to fulfill client needs.
- Refer issues to managers as needed. Prepare product and customer reports by collecting data from customer interactions.
Qualifications and Experience
- Personable and attentive
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Strong verbal communicator
- Familiarity with software for customer interaction
- Knowledge of relevant products and markets
- HND or degree

The company offers pharmacy services to customers, as well as full private prescription medication and general health medicine and supplements, allowing customers to see a pharmacist without an appointment for advice on prescription medications, over-the-counter illness treatment, and general family health issues.
This is a busy community pharmacy on the outskirts of Walsall Town Center. The drugstore serves the local population and offers home delivery. The pharmacy delivers NHS medicines and offers additional NHS-funded services such as seasonal flu vaccinations, sexual health services, and a minor illness program.
