Your Mission

You will serve as our primary customer representative, processing daily transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments. Key Responsibilities

Your role spans transaction processing, customer service, cash handling, sales, and compliance. Here is what you will tackle:

Transaction Processing

You will receive cheques and cash for deposit, verifying amounts with care and precision.
Cashing cheques and processing loan payments requires attention to detail and adherence to bank policies.

Customer Service

You will answer inquiries regarding accounts, resolving issues with professionalism and patience.
Providing stellar service to diverse clients builds trust and encourages repeat business.

Cash Handling & Accuracy

You will balance the cash drawer daily, verifying cash and managing currency with zero tolerance for errors.
Strong mathematical skills for balancing, counting, and verifying cash keep your drawer accurate.

Sales & Promotion

You will cross sell bank services and products such as savings accounts and safe deposit boxes to clients.
Identifying customer needs and recommending appropriate products grows our business and helps clients.

Compliance & Security

You will adhere to bank policies, security procedures, and fraud detection techniques.
Detecting errors and potentially fraudulent activity protects the organization and our customers.
