Help Desk Officer at Galaxy Steels Limited
Job Description
- Improve the customer service experience, make customers more loyal, and help organic growth happen.
- Take responsibility for customer problems and work to solve them.
- Set a clear mission and put in place strategies that help reach that goal.
- Create service procedures, policies, and standards.
- Keep accurate records and write down customer service actions and conversations.
- Analyze statistics and make accurate reports.
- Recruit, train, and develop customer service employees.
Qualifications and Experience
- Experience working in customer service;
- Fluency in English;
- Knowledge of the latest technology trends and applications in the industry;
- The ability to think strategically and lead;
- HND
