POSITION: Sales Driver
About Us
ZY Ventures is a top supplier of premium baby diapers and wipes. We are dedicated to providing cozy, budget-friendly, and environmentally conscious options for parents and caregivers. As we keep growing, we are seeking a driven Sales Driver to become part of our team and assist in increasing our customer base.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Distribute and sell baby diapers and wipes to retail outlets, wholesalers, and private consumers.
- Discover and cultivate new business prospects within designated sales territories.
- Foster solid connections with clients to guarantee repeat business and recommendations.
- Prepared to adhere to set marketing strategies.
- Deliver outstanding customer support and detailed product information to clients.
- Keep precise documentation of deliveries, payments, and interactions with customers.
- Make sure the designated vehicle is properly maintained and complies with all safety standards.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Demonstrated background in sales, ideally in FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) or similar products.
- A legitimate driver’s license accompanied by a spotless driving history.
- Excellent negotiation, conversational, and relational abilities.
- Target-driven with enthusiasm for reaching sales objectives.
- Capability to operate solo and utilize time efficiently.
- Having basic computer skills is a beneficial asset.
- The applicant should live in or near Pokuase Mayera.
Compensation: Attractive, plus commissions
Location: Pokuase Mayera, Ghana
