POSITION: Major Account Manager
Job Summary
In the role of Major Accounts Manager, you will be essential in new business presentations, be accountable for the successful onboarding of new clients, and concentrate on expanding and nurturing established customers. This thrilling position will enable you to leverage your broad network to manage and expand opportunities, create business and account plans for both existing and new tender prospects, and serve as the main liaison between the client and all pertinent divisions.
At Fortinet, you will
- Acquire and show a basic comprehension of Fortinet’s technology to effectively communicate our value proposition to key decision-makers.
- Cultivate solid connections with customer contacts up to the Executive C-level to understand their business priorities and IT motivations, which will facilitate the crafting of a strategy to market Fortinet solutions.
- Market Fortinet products and services by employing a consultative selling strategy while nurturing strong connections with essential personnel in the accounts.
- Investigate clients, pinpoint decision-makers, inform prospects, and assess purchasing interest and urgency.
- Develop and execute strategic account strategies using a consultative selling method aimed at achieving organization-wide implementations of Fortinet products and services.
- Create methods and coordinate organizational resources to enhance sales volume in designated accounts.
- Successfully interact and establish collaborative partnerships with System Engineers, Channel Managers, and specialized sales teams and executives as needed.
- Facilitate quarterly business reviews with clients to guarantee value from their Fortinet investment.
- Keeps the customer informed about Fortinet product roadmaps, helping them strategize and reduce risks to their business.
Requirements
- Possess a demonstrated history of enterprise sales experience within the hi-tech sector (ideally in Cybersecurity and Networking) fostering strategic customer relationships.
- Maintain a reliable history of exceeding quotas and showcasing both professional stability and advancement.
- Are a driven self-initiator with a competitive nature, keen attention to detail, and a desire to succeed.
- Possess outstanding verbal and written communication abilities, along with strong listening skills.
- Proficiency in English is essential.
