UK GREAT Scholarships: University of Southampton Scholarship 2024

The British Council launched the GREAT Scholarships campaign in partnership with 72 institutions in England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland to assist postgraduate students from particular countries in accessing top-notch UK higher education opportunities. The GREAT Scholarships program is part of this campaign.

In collaboration with the British Council and the GREAT Britain Campaign, the University of Southampton is offering GREAT Scholarships for the 2024–25 academic year, each worth £10,000.

Concerning this chance

Students can apply for scholarships from:

• Bangladesh
• India
• Mexico
• Greece
• Nigeria

The following courses are offered as taught master’s programs for which scholarships are available to Bangladeshi students:

Any taught one-year MSc program that the Faculty of Medicine offers

The following courses are offered as taught master’s programs for which scholarships are accessible to Indian students:

• Master of Science in Economics
• Actuarial Science MSc
• Master of Science in Optical Engineering
• All one-year MSc programs taught with FAH

The following courses are offered as taught master’s programs for which scholarships are available for study in Mexico:

• Any one-year MSc-taught program offered by the faculties of medicine, arts and humanities

The following subjects are eligible for scholarships to be studied in Greece for a taught master’s program:

• MSc in Supply Chain Analytics and Logistics
• Supply Chain Management and Strategic Operations Master’s Degree

The following courses are offered as taught master’s programs for which scholarships are available to Nigerian students:

• Master of Science in Education
• Any taught one-year Master of Science degree that the Arts and Humanities Faculty offers.

Additionally, the university is providing scholarships to Indonesians pursuing master’s degrees in the following fields that are connected to justice and law:

• Any of Southampton Law School’s LLM programs
