This award is eligible to both citizens and international students irrespective of gender, race, or nationality. However, applicants are required to have the following documents, your curriculum vitae, a cover letter stating the academic field of the student, country or region of specialization, and their proposed research topic.
2. Secondly, SCHOLARSHIPS FOR THE HARVARD MEDICAL COLLEGE
This scholarship offers to pay tuition for students in Harvard’s medical school either by subsidizing or giving them a full grant for their tuition. The financial aid office for the medical school has a directorate that assists students to find external funds for their studies at the Harvard medical school
3. Also, Joseph Collins Foundation Scholarship
This scholarship is open to medical students who are financially marginalized and have an interest in specializing in Neurology, psychiatric, or general practice. The awardee must show an accomplishment in other pursuits like the arts, writing, or music.
4. Moreover, National Medical Fellowships (NMF)
The National Medical Fellowships (NMF) offers assistance to African American, American Indian, Mexican American, Alaska Natives, Native Hawaiian, and Mainland Puerto Rican students who really need financial assistance and are in their first or second year.
5. Furthermore, F. Edward Hebert Armed Forces Health Professions Scholarship Program (AFHPSP)
The scholarship sets to recruit medical persons as physicians in their military department. The students of the Harvard medical colleges are offered support by the navy, air force, and army. The scholarship caters to their tuition and a monthly allowance for their living expenses.
Every year, each beneficiary is expected to spend forty-five days on Active Duty for Training (ADT) with full pay and allowances.
6. Lastly, National Health Service Corps (NHSC) Scholarship Program
The scholarship caters to tuition, a monthly stipend for a year, and paying for school supplies for the school year.
